NYFW by way of Shopbop

So when you're in New York for your first ever NEW YORK FASHION WEEK, and you need to take outfit pics, what do you do? Well, befriend the first person that tells you they're from the south, that's what. Oh and then actually ask them to take photos of you in front of a handful of strangers that are arms lengths away from you. It's fine. I'm from Kansas City, right!? lol 

This was one of my favorite looks the pull together for NYFW because it's made up of pieces from spring, but yet felt so appropriate to wear around NY! The off the shoulder top trend is still fun for fall. Try a longer sleeve with a jeans and pumps for a great night out. Also, this midi skirt I scored last year from Piperlime (RIP), and still wish they would make a come back some how. But you can check out some of my other favorite ones here and here. Also, I hunted all summer for a white pump that wasn't patent leather, too high, or just ugly. And I finally found this pair and they are sold out (sorry, I really hate that!), so I found some others, here and here. I hope that will do? Oh and these sunnies were EVERYWHERE! Like, literally I saw them on celebs, bloggers, and just chic gals running all over town. So you should definitely grab a pair to feel super chic. And a I rounded out this look with my trusty Tory bag, the gold chain and it's roominess made it my go-to bag for the week for sure!
