I hope you everyone was able to enjoy their Memorial weekends. I was lucky enough to be able to head back to OKC to visit the family and celebrate my mom's birthday! We spent most of the weekend eating at our favorite places and shopping all over town. If you follow me on Instagram @caitfore than you already know basically everywhere we went.
I got to give my aunt a closet consult this weekend where I was able to create 65 new outfits for her. And now I am on the hunt for the perfect pieces for her to buy to complete her wardrobe. Do you follow me on Pinterest? If you do, than you already know that when my clients need help shopping I create custom Pinterst boards just for them! It makes it super easy to shop the things you need whenever you want!
Then we all headed to lunch and just hung out. It was so nice just getting to catch up with everyone. Then I headed on a day of shopping, coffee, and mani and pedis with one of my besties. We may have basically been caught in the floods. But, we made the best of it by waiting it out at the mall. Totally perfect.
We saw Tomorrowland with the family and all really liked it. It definitely had some cheesy parts to it. But, all in all it was a pretty good movie. Then we just hung out at the house and had dinner and then we watched Still Alice. Yep, lots of movie watching in our family.
And on Monday we headed to Pop's for lunch and the sun was shinning and it was finally beautiful outside! We had a huge group and again had a blast catching up with my mom's friends and more family! Then the girls headed out for more shopping and then cooked out for dinner. Then I helped my mama pick out her outfits for a cruise she and my step-dad are headed on later this summer! So jealous!!
Well, I'm pooped y'all. But super glad I got to take a little getaway to see the family this weekend. I hope y'all got to hang with your loved ones too.
xo,
