Casual Vacation Vibes

Packing for the trip to the BVI was pretty hilarious! I of course waited until the night before to try and fit everything in my bag...and it did ish. But, definitely had everything picked out and hanging on a rolling rack for at least a week. Then I repacked when the Mr. suggested we buy these Ziploc space saver bags. I was hesitant because I thought we would need a vacuum to get the air out, but I was wrong! These you just seal and role the air out! How perfect is that? I'm just saying, if you are an over packer like me, you should try these out. You will save so much room!

Anyways, for this trip I basically just packed a bunch of tanks and shorts, a printed romper, well you saw it all here. So I knew we might be getting a little dressed up for dinners (well, at least I was hoping too) and I packed this skirt in those hopes. So when we stopped in Jost Van Dyke I was excited to put on something other than a bathing suit and shorts. So I put together this little casual look just for a night on the beach. 

STYLE TIP: More like a packing and then styling tip. Write out the days you'll be gone on your trip, think about what you'll do during those days. Grab everything you think you might need, and edit from there. Make sure you have tops that will go with your bottoms and you have outfits you can put together easily. Like this one. I wore this tank with cutoff shorts too while I was on vacation.
