NYFW: Day 1
BCBG dress, J.Crew belt (old) similar here, DSW booties (old) similar here, Kendra Scott earrings, and Target sunnies
As I am writing this post I am still in awe of what this experience of NYFW is and has meant to me. I have dreamt of coming for year and years, and finally just decided to go for it in the summer. I reached out to anyone and everything that I thought could make this dream happen for me. And boy, did it work! I am still overwhelmed by the amount of generosity I have been shown during this whole experience, truly magical.
On day one of New York Fashion Week I traveled down to SoHo with Jana and MK to explore and take pictures for our blog. It's such a cool part of the city with cobblestone streets dating back to the 1800's and the most insane architecture. You just have to look up above it all to really see it! There are amazing shops everywhere you look. Just a really cool part of the city!
As for what I wore, I spotted this suede fit and flare dress in mid summer and just knew I needed it for this trip. I wanted to add a punch to the look and added the neon yellow belt to the look, and the calf hair navy booties from last fall. Oh and the turquoise earrings just for fun! It's a look I will definitely be wearing again this fall with tights for sure.
These little shots are from the Francesca Liberatore show on Friday night! Check out the full show here!
Now I am off to another show!
