Getting to enjoy a good yoga class in a some seriously awesome clothes sounds like a dream, right!? Well, then you should totally join me this Saturday at 10:30am Yoga Six for a free flow class, yep, FREE! And lucy activewear is going to join in on the party too! They are going to bring over the perfect pieces to create your after gym look! 

What I love about a flow class is that it is all about accessible poses, fluid movement, and breath. And it also decreases stress too! Which is all I am interested in right now. It's going to be such a fun event! I can't wait to style everyone and have them feeling even more amazing after such a fabulous class. Plus. lucy is creating an amazing swag bag full of goodies too!
