Creating professional looks for work can be tough enough. So, when this gorgeous peplum top showed up on my doorstep I knew it would be a great piece to style up for a "work look." I love it paired with a pair of wide leg pants for work and a pair of white skinny jeans for play. Adding a pair of leopard pumps gives a classic look a fun added punch to the look. And the turquoise and mint accessories totally pulled the whole look together.

For play this navy dress is just amazing. The sheer panels on the sleeves and skirt give the dress the perfect amount of sexiness without being too crazy. It was definitely feeling pretty tight around the waist but of course it does - hello 18 weeks "waist." So I added a punch of fuchsia, mint, and leopard to pull this fun look together. This is such a fun dress to rock to work with black or beige accessories and then throw on your pops of color and texture for a night out!

I've been drawn to Banana Republic a lot lately and I have definitely been recommending them to my clients more and more. It's really a great spot for anyone on the hunt for the professional gal!
