Town Center: How to transition your wardrobe to fall
When it comes to this time of year I feel like it can be pretty tough to navigate. It's still warm but there's so many adorable fall pieces that I thought it would be fun to give some tips on how to create looks that will help transition your wardrobe to fall. I popped into Feng at Town Center Crossing and was so excited to see all of their fall pieces and create a look for this time of year.
Here are my tips for creating a transitional look:
1. Layer Up - Well with light weight layers like this drapey trench over a sleeveless tank. That way you can wear it indoors while the AC is blasting but are able to take it off when it's SUPER hot!
2. Deep tones - Choose light weight items that are deep or rich in color to give the look of fall but the literal feeling of summer.
3. Neutral accessories - To pull the look together grab a bag and shoes that are neutral. I love how the cream and black pumps create a sassy look while the tan handbag pulls the look together with it's classic silhouette.
4. Delicate jewelry - Everything was so big and statementy for so long, which I still love. But, for a more updated look the delicate jewels like these from Feng will definitely give you the updated look you'll want for fall.
My other favorite item for fall are shoes, of course! So I collected a ridiculous amount of styles that I just love! Here's the list of my favorite styles of shoes that you can score at Town Center Plaza:
6. Suede pumps
10. Suede slip ons
11. White sneakers
12. Leather mules
13. Sock booties
14. Casual sneakers
16. Lace up flats
18. Wedge pumps
Yes it's a crazy amount of choices! But, this is where you choose the perfect pairs that actually make sense for your life!
