A Day in the Life

My day starts around 7am when I hear my one year old son Bennett on his baby monitor. I brush my teeth, throw in my eyes, and put on the most comfortable pieces of clothes I can find, to mom it up in. Then I put on this velour hoodie, and I immediately fell in love. It's literally the coziest thing I've ever put on! And makes the morning with Bennett so much more enjoyable. You know I have to add a little bit of glam and these vegan leather joggers are exactly it! They're comfortable and stay on so well. I'm wearing a medium and love how they look. The fabric isn't too hot either, which make them great for a day running around. And on that note a pair of metallic sneakers and a pair of small neutral earrings complete the look, by their function and style. If you've had a pair of sneakers on your radar, this pair runs true to size, and is incredibly comfortable too! Woop Woop!
You know those days when you just have to so much to do, and want to feel like yourself too! The second look of the pajama top and high waisted jeans and velvet flats are just perfect! I love how sassy and fun the print of this pajama top looks. It's got a great fit that makes it incredible to do all the things, while wearing it. I decided to go with the medium in this top, to keep it from gapping and feeling too tight in the shoulders, and it's great! These JEANS y'all! I have never, literally EVER put on a pair of jeans that have shown on my body in such a killer way before. Like, I've never taken a step back and been like "Oh, okay girlfriend, you are killling it in these!" But, I did in these! I love how the waist is pinched, the hips seem smoothes, and my tummy is flattened! What's not to love, right!? And these adorable velvet flats are the perfect shoes for getting it all done in, and in style too!
This is literally my ideal outfit for everyday! Especially when shopping at EverEve! If you haven't been in, you must! The store at Town Center Crossing in Leawood, KS is the one I go too, and their staff is incredible! I've gone in countless times with Bennett, before a nap, after a nap, when he should be napping, and not only are they so kind, understanding and sweet, but they offer to hold him and even play with him so I can take a few more minutes to myself to shop. Plus, they do what I do, style their clients, and in a way that makes you feel confident and put together. They helped me create all of these looks, and I'm so glad they did! And for the third look I wanted to show off how you can even find gorgeous night out looks too! We have a ton of holiday parties coming up and I love all the pieces they have that are just perfect! This moody velvet strappy midi dress is amazing! It just skims over the body, and does have adjustable straps too! I then knew I had to wear these stunning calf hair booties with this dress! They are so stunning and have a great height to wear with skinny jeans too! But, the icing on the cake was this delicious tan suede moto jacket! The collar is so stunning and it's just so gorgeous! I've been loving the more delicate of jewelry lately, and this layered necklace paired with these earrings, really completes the look! It's the perfect look to wear to any holiday event!
