This is a look I wore to the Thursday night Kansas City Fashion Week runway shows! I wanted to create a look that is actually comfortable but still super fashionable, as I wasn't feeling super well, but it's always such a blast to get all dressed up!! And I haven't had the chance to try out a slouchy sweater with a pleated midi skirt since having Bennett. So, I just went for it! I tried on this sweater that I've had for a little over a year, and this skirt I wore when I was like 7 months pregnant, and now wear all the time! But, with like fitted tees and fitted sweaters! I just "front tucked" this sweater in over the left hip, and played with it a little bit, to have it flounce out just right without adding weight. This is the part that makes this look look effortless and chic. So, just keep tucking and tugging at the sweater to make the look come to life. Once you've got it, you're good to go all night! I hope you give this look a try!
