With Valentine's Day right around the corner (one week to be exact) and I corralled the best little gifts to give this V-day! Kev and I usually go out to dinner and definitely need to get our act together and figure out what we're going to do. I'm thinking we might go to Sullivan's Steakhouse? We love going with a big group and grabbing like every side and making it like a mini Thanksgiving dinner and just share everything. I tend to order one thing no matter where we go, so branching out is definitely not my norm, but it's so fun to do now and again! Or maybe we'll do a day date and go to North Italia? Decisions, decisions! We went there for my birthday when my mom was here to watch Bennett and it was so fun! What do y'all normally do for Valentine's Day? Stay in or go out??
As for what to wear on Valentine's Day, I like to consider myself a bit of a situational dresser, and can get on board with a theme! BUT, I am not a huge fan of bright pink or red to be honest. Like if you do see me in either color, it's very few and far between! So, with that in mind, I wanted to find an outfit that was a bit more on the casual side. That I would be to wear over and over again, even if it wasn't Valentine's Day, and not feel weird about it. Ya know what I mean? So, when I popped into Scout and Molly's at Town Center Plaza I knew they would have the perfect pieces to create just the look I had in mind.
I fell head over heals for this LOVE MORE jacket and this light pink sweatshirt, first. Like what a sweet message to leave around town when you wear such a classic piece!? Right? The light pink is such a popular color and can be worn with dark jeans, leather leggings, and even white jeans in the spring too. And this clutch is one of my favorite styles, as it's so easy to carry with the strap that goes right across your hand to make it super easy to carry! And these sneakers are one of my favorite classic shoe styles that I definitely wear over and over again!

Y'all know I love, love and finding the best gifts with I had to find the cutest pieces hearts on them, they just makes me so happy! There's a new shop in town Sundance! It's a very cool Santa Fe esque styled store with loads of earthy colors and tons of turquoise too!
